ROE. Blue Ridge brings a casual fine dining seafood and steakhouse experience to the charmingly rustic city of Blue Ridge, Georgia. ROE. is led by husband and wife team, Patrick Padilla (Executive Chef) and Cassondra Padilla. Hailing from central Florida, they made Blue Ridge their home with their daughter Violet. Chef Patrick spent the past 15 years honing his culinary skills by operating fine dining restaurants on the East Coast and in the Midwest.

Specializing in fine dining seafood and steakhouse menus, Chef Patrick brings his passion to downtown Blue Ridge. ROE is the culmination of a raw bar experience along with an elegant steakhouse experience, giving you a taste of both sea and land!

Our fine dining seafood and raw bar atmosphere pushes the culinary scene within the Northern Georgia mountains by adding an extra level of sophistication to the bustling downtown food scene in Blue Ridge. We fly in the freshest seafood to deliver an unsurpassable seafood experience, extensive wine list, and hand-crafted cocktails to compliment an ever-changing seasonal menu.

ROE. Blue Ridge also provides a raw bar with clams and oysters for you to choose from! Our raw bar is just as fresh as the rest of our fine dining seafood with plenty of sauces to choose from as well.
